(Bowl Not Included)

One of life's toughest jobs is to put a Christmas tree in the middle of a bowl, hold it straight, turn the screws until they press against the trunk, and then turn loose of the tree and have it stay where you wanted it.

The Standtastic™ was invented after it was discovered that Christmas trees do not need bowls of water to keep them from drying out during use, so why start off trying to make a tree stand up in the middle of a bowl.  Intravenous Watering eliminated the need for the bowl as the water supply. As shown below, a bowl can be easily slid under the trunk end if you like, but each 2004 Standtastic™ has 2 Christmas Tree I-Vs included.

The Standtastic™ is quite simply, the greatest Christmas Tree Stand ever developed.

It is a folding offset tripod constructed of square tubular steel legs and a cast iron red angle bracket which is used to hold the tree.

The Christmas tree sits in the center of an imaginary circle that the equally spaced leg tips rests on.  The rear leg is shorter (see photo above), which moves the red angle bracket from the center, making room for the trunk to be centered.

All you need for installation is a screwdriver.

The tree is strapped to the angle bracket by two stainless steel band clamps. These are the same type used in industrial applications to hold high pressure hoses to pipes.

Once the Christmas tree is locked against the angle bracket by the stainless steel band clamps it stays in place all season long and once the eyebolts are turned for adjustment they also stay in adjustment all season long.

The only assembly required is to screw the adjuster bolts into each leg and put the plastic floor protectors on the ends of the legs.
